What you get to do:
You will report directly to the Principals and will be responsible for research, fieldwork, impacts analysis, permit assessment, and report preparation for biological work.
You will supports management staff in marketing efforts, preparing deliverables, and overseeing work and staff. Responsibilities also include ensuring quality and client satisfaction for biological work.
We are looking for dynamic individuals who enjoy working independently and managing others in a project setting.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. M.S. or PhD in a similar field is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in environmental consulting in a similar role is preferred.
Experience conducting protocol surveys for the majority of Northern California sensitive species.
Experience acquiring funding for and managing research projects within California.
Candidates must have experience managing projects and/or programs, conducting fieldwork, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to demonstrate superb quality control skills.
