What you get to do:

• You will report directly to the Principals and will be responsible for research, fieldwork, impacts analysis, permit assessment, and report preparation for biological work.

• You will supports management staff in marketing efforts, preparing deliverables, and overseeing work and staff. Responsibilities also include ensuring quality and client satisfaction for biological work.

• We are looking for dynamic individuals who enjoy working independently and managing others in a project setting.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. M.S. or PhD in a similar field is preferred.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in environmental consulting in a similar role is preferred.

• Experience conducting protocol surveys for the majority of Northern California sensitive species.

• Experience acquiring funding for and managing research projects within California.

• Candidates must have experience managing projects and/or programs, conducting fieldwork, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to demonstrate superb quality control skills.
