We have an opportunity for a Cultural Resources Group Manager to join an employee-owned firm that has been around for more than 30 years. There are 200 people between 7 offices throughout California, with 30 in the Sacramento area.

We provide a broad range of environmental and design services throughout CA and the western US. We work with an equal mix of private and public clients, and have very interesting, meaningful and diverse set of projects/sectors for you to work on in a collaborative environment.

Our main goal is to bring in someone that is a great culture fit, and who values a family first attitude and work/life balance. We also focus a lot on employee development, and internal growth – everyone on the executive team has started at a lower position, one even started as an intern!

We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work, interested in growing a group, helping guide where it goes, enjoys being involved in business development, and likes mentoring staff.
